Our dedicated drop off and collection partner hotel is only minutes away from all 3 terminals. As your transfers are included within our operating hours, no need to worry about the walk.
From Terminal 1, its around 10 minutes, Terminal 2 around 20 minutes and Terminal 3 around 8 minutes.
This is a question we get asked a lot. Don’t worry your car is in safe hands. Prior to moving your vehicle to one of our secure car parks (max distance 14 miles) your vehicle will be photographed over 20 times and the mileage recorded. One of trained team of experienced drivers (all drivers over 25 years of age) will then safely move your vehicle to one of our secure 24hr protected sites following a designated route (journey times recorded to ensure vehicle driven within speed limits) where it will then remain until a few hrs before you are due to arrive back at Manchester airport. Your vehicle will then be photographed again the return mileage recorded.
For your safety and security, we partner with Stripe for processing payments. There are security measures built in to protect you when paying.

When you arrive at the drop off/collection point, park your vehicle at the rear of the hotel in zone 5. Take your keys and booking confirmation to the Hotel reception, remembering to put your registration in to the keypad as you hand over your keys. The hotel has an ANPR Camera system so please ensure you do this before leaving, You can either relax and grab a drink in the hotel bar or request your pick up from CPP Shuttles by clicking the link received when you made your booking.
Once you have collected your luggage, cleared customs and made it out in to the Arrivals Hall, if you have made your booking with CPP Shuttles then click the link to request the driver, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can take a short walk back to the hotel and collect your keys from reception
If you need to come back early do not worry. Simply call our office on 01925 754228, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm, or email us at info@cpp.live, or use the contact form below. Please provide 24hr notice to ensure your vehicle is ready for your arrival. If returning within 48hrs please call/email. Calls made with less than 48hrs notice will incur an early return fee of £75. If you arrive expecting to collect your vehicle without any prior notice, you could wait up to 4 hours and incur a fee of £100 payable before collection.

On the rare occasion that we are unable to move your vehicle due to mechanical, electrical or any other fault, then the drop off location reserve the right to charge you directly for any associated fees incurred. This would be payable directly to the drop off location before collecting your keys. We would advise you of this prior to your collection.
